PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous processing system and a semiconductor integrated circuit in which synchronous processing can be synchronized without increasing the number of terminals. SOLUTION: A master IC 12 generates a synchronous timing signal by changing a signal state according to a processing content to be executed with synchronization, and the generated synchronous timing signal is output, and executes processing of the content according to the signal state of the synchronous timing signal, in timing indicated by the synchronous timing signal. A slave IC 14 executes the processing of the content according to the signal state of the synchronous timing signal which is output by the master IC 12, in timing indicated by the synchronous timing signal.
