PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC socket capable of finely adjusting thermal resistance in order to arrange the temperatures of a plurality of ICs between the ICs to the same value when the ICs are input to a thermostatic tank and an operating life test is simultaneously applied to the plurality of ICs. SOLUTION: This IC socket that has an IC mounted to a base and radiates heat of the IC via a radiator comprises a heat conducting means for transferring the heat of the IC to the radiator. The IC socket capable of finely adjusting thermal resistance in order to arrange the temperatures of the ICs between the ICs to the same value by making the thermal resistance variable in the heat conducting means.
