PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for achieving much more efficient processing, and for widening the width of an executable application program. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a plurality of central processing units; and a storage means for storing a plurality of operation systems, and configured to perform an application program. This information processor is provided with a determination means for acquiring characteristic information related with an application program to be started, and for determining the central processing unit and the operation system to be started from the plurality of central processing units and the plurality of operation systems based on the acquired characteristic information.
