PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a glass with a glazing gasket capable of easily and surely securing a joint member even when the joint member is fitted to the removed portion of the glazing gasket extrusion-molded on a glass pane and easily attachable to the glass panes with different thicknesses without degrading the durability of the joint member. SOLUTION: After the glazing gasket 2 is molded by extruding a molten resin A and an adhesive agent B between the molten resin A and the glass pane 2, the extrusion start point part and the extrusion end point part of the molten resin A are so cut out that the adhesive agent B remains on the glass pane 2, and the joint member 4 is attached to the cut portion. Therefore, the joint member 4 can be easily and surely joined to the glass pane 2 without using thermal fusion and a new adhesive agent. Since the bottom surface part 4a is removed from the joint member 4 after the joint member 4 is attached to the cut portion, a residual stress by the bottom surface part 4a is not produced in the joint member 4 after installation.
