In addition, in this method, the observation of the blood vessel and/or the newly formed blood vessel includes the observation of an abnormality of the blood vessel and/or the newly formed blood vessels in the surface of the bladder mucous membrane out of the abnormalities of blood vessels and/or newly formed blood vessels by visually comparing an image of the surface of the bladder mucous membrane and an image of a deep portion of the bladder mucous membrane acquired by using a bladder endoscope system having a narrow band imaging (NBI) device.
