PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce setup burdens at the time of integrating services. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus integrates at least two or more services of a user management domain. A processor receives an access request, specifies an access original domain, specifies an access destination domain, determines whether or not the specified access original domain is the same as the specified access destination domain, extracts a user ID in the specified access original domain from the received access request when the access original domain is different from the access destination domain, and refers to ID conversion information indicating the correspondence of the user IDs between the user management domains with the service integrated therein, so as to convert the extracted user ID in the access original domain into the user ID of the specified access destination domain.
