A device (1) for ultrasonic welding of layered elements (2) made of flexible material comprises a welding head (3) with a sonotrode (4) which includes a rotor (5) mounted on a supporting base (6), and a sonotrode (4) contact wheel (7) on a head (3) upright (8). The sonotrode (4) and the contact wheel (7) being motor-driven so that they feed the layered elements (2) between them during welding. The device (1) comprises clutch-controlled traction means (9), positioned downstream of the sonotrode (4), designed to clamp the layered elements (2) and stretch them in the direction away from the welding head (3); and counter-reaction means (10) positioned between the welding head (3) and the traction means (9), designed to oppose the traction applied to the layered elements (2), preventing it from being transmitted as far as the sonotrode (4). |
