A method and a device for establishing network performance model are provided, which include: utilizing the performance data provided by the network nodes, and determining a parameter and ß parameter according to the probability of the performance data, the a parameter indicating the performance correlation of all the network nodes in the whole network, ß parameter indicating distribution rule of the performance data in the whole network; utilizing the determined a parameter and ß parameter to establish Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) network performance model.
