The wheel has a longitudinal edge (12) leading relative to a drive rotary direction. Main sections (17) form a work side (8) on a side of a carrying plate (1) by formation of a circular grinding lamella package, and are fastened in same angle intervals within the edge leading in an area. Bending sections (18) are bent at an outer circumferential edge (13) of an edge region (4) such that the bending sections form an approximate half truncated cone-shape. External sections (16) are fastened to another side of the carrying plate by formation of another work side within the area of the edge (12).
