The housing has a sound-proof portion (5A), in which the compressor is arranged. The condenser is self sound-insulated, and the sound-proof portion is separated from the rest of the housing by a separating wall (6A). The portion has passages for pipes (20) formed for sound insulation in the passages, and the housing has a length of less than 150 centimeters.
