The arrangement has an assembly of image encoder (20) arranged in a direction of propagation of light. A control device is connected with the image encoder, and a computer is connected with a camera (15). A dispersive plate is inserted between a projection lens (21) and a reflecting surface (12), where the dispersive plate is stamped in a lattice structure. The computer controls a pattern generator, which is connected with the control device of the image encoder. The generator is a light source (10) that is self-illuminated and contains a radiation forming lens and homogeneous lens. An independent claim is also included for a method for characterizing a reflective imaging projection system.
