Provided is a lighting-resisting fastener, which can prevent the peel-off of an insulator layer reliably while the airplane is flying, thereby to improve the thunderbolt preventing effect and the reliability. The lighting-resisting fastener (1) joints the shell plate (10) of the airplane and a structural member (11) positioned on the inner side of that shell plate (10). An insulator layer (5) is fused to cover one end face of a head (3), and is made to mesh mechanically with a fastener side engaging portion (or an engaging portion) (7) formed on that one end face.
