A packing box of the portable terminal is provided, which delivers realistic information to a user by making the pop up member protruded when opening the outer cover. A packing box(1) of the portable terminal comprises: a box body(10) in which the storage space is formed; an outer cover(20) which is connected to one side of the box body and opens and closes the storage space; a pop up member(30) which is located at the inner side of the outer cover and is formed so that it can be protruded from the inner surface of the outer cover while the outer cover being opened at the constant angle; and an inner cover(40) which is connected to the pop up member and opens the storage space if the outer cover is opened at more than the constant angle.
