<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration by an interference resulting from SDMA also in a high-speed data transmission. <P>SOLUTION: N antennas 22 perform a transceiver processing of the signal of radio frequency. A radio section 12 performs a frequency conversion processing between a signal of baseband and a signal of radio frequency, an amplification processing, and AD or DA transform processing. A signal processing portion 14 performs a signal processing required for a transceiver processing by adaptive array antennas. A modem portion 16 performs a modulation processing and a demodulation processing. A baseband portion 18 is an interface with a network 24.
