<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor for a bag-in box which prevents a film from covering a bung in taking out a content filling the box. <P>SOLUTION: This relates to an adaptor 1 for a bag-in box which is joined with a cap 40 at the tip end of the opening 22 of a bung 20 having an engaging protrusion on the outer diameter of a peripheral wall tube 23 attached to a plastic bag 30 for filling with a liquid content. The inside of the peripheral wall tube 2 of the adaptor 1 is structured with two tongue-shaped panels assembled in a cross shape for preventing the film 32 of the bag 30 from covering the bung 20.
