<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redox potential holding container capable of conveniently holding a redox potential of liquid for a specified period of time. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a container 1 comprising a container main body 2 having an opening 21 to enable liquid to be kept and stored, a lid member 3 capable of sealingly closing the opening 21 in such a way that the opening 21 can be opened or closed and a fixing member 4 for providing a function acting as a fixing means for holding the sealed state with the lid member 3 together with the container main body 2 and the lid member 3. The lid member 3 is formed with a protrusion 33 advancing from the opening 21 into the container main body 2 when the container main body 2 is sealingly closed with the lid member 3, the lid member 3 is sealingly closed with a liquid L poured into the container main body 2, the sealingly closed state is held with the fixing member 4 with the liquid L compressed in no contact with air by advancing the protrusion 33 into the container main body 2, so that the redox potential of the liquid L can be kept at a specified value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
