<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slider for a linear rolling guide unit capable of reducing manufacturing cost by eliminating necessity of precise dimension management while securing smooth rolling and certain lubrication. <P>SOLUTION: A direction change passage 9 formed at an end cap 2 consists of a pair of circular arc passages 9c continuing to a rolling passage formed in a casing 1 and a straight passage 9d connecting the pair of circular arc passages 9c and crossing with the rolling passage substantially at right angles. A lubricating member A incorporated in the end cap 2 exposes a lubricating surface 18a to the straight passage 9d and keeps a relation of the lubricating surface 18a crossing with outer circumferential surfaces of the pair of circular arc passages 9c. A recessed part 19 is formed between the lubricating surface 18a in an excessive length part outer than a crossing point of the lubricating surface 18a and the outer circumferential surface of the circular arc passages 9c and the outer circumferential surface of the circular arc passages 9c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
