<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for making contaminated soil harmless, capable of performing heat insulation of a filter and pipe at a low cost for preventing closure of the filter and pipe for removal of contamination dust contained in a gas discharged from a drying device. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the system 1 for making contaminated soil harmless, in which contaminated soil is made harmless by decomposing a contaminant contained in the contaminated soil, and which comprises: a drier 21 for drying the contaminated soil; a vacuum reduction heating device 24 for decomposing the contaminant in the contaminated soil dried with the drier 21 by vacuum reduction heating; and a vapor gas treatment system for making vapor gas harmless, the vapor gas containing contamination dust etc. exhausted from the drier 21 by drying the contaminated soil with the drier 21, wherein the vapor gas treatment system or the vapor gas introduced to the vapor gas treatment system is heated by heat from a heating part 21c for drying the contaminated soil in the drier 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
