<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor capable of contributing to the improvement of business efficiency by reducing labor of a user, and to provide a program, and a document processing method. <P>SOLUTION: An event information extracting part 12 extracts event information from an accessed electronic document, and a task predicting part 13 predicts existence of relation to an existing task. When relation to the existing task is judged, a task relating part 14 performs relating to the existing task, to update the registration document of the existing task. Consequently, it is predicted that the document is not related to any existing tasks. Even in this case, the new task is easily generated without allowing the user neither to read the content of the document nor to take time, labor and cost. Then the event information of the task is compensated, so that the document can be related to the new task.
