<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel connection of a terminal connected by being designated by a third party before or after establishing telephone conversation even in a two-way telephone conversation or multiple-way telephone conversation using a 3PCC technique. <P>SOLUTION: A user's personal computer 10 receives a connection instruction that has designated a terminal of a connection destination, and the user's personal computer 10 notifies a third party's control system 11 of the connection instruction. The third party's control system 11 connects a user's terminal A to the opposite terminal B or a plurality of terminals to enable a two-way telephone conversation or a multiple-way telephone conversation.
