PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master batch having a good flowability, and a high impact resistant strength of the molded article. SOLUTION: This master batch is provided by containing (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) a polymer having a maleimide-based monomer unit and (C-1) a higher fatty acid salt, containing 0.1 pt.mass to 10 pts.mass component (C-1) based on 100 pts.mass total amount of the components (A) and (B), and having≥20 melt flow index (250°C, 5 kg).
