PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of cross-talk, and to perform stable servo operation by suppressing a tilt error within a mechanically allowable range, in an optical disk device in which all of focus servo, tracking servo, radial tilt servo, and tangential tilt servo are performed. SOLUTION: An optical disk device 100 is provided with an actuator 110 performing focusing operation of an optical pickup 111, tracking operation, and tilt operation in the radial direction; and a tilt adjusting mechanism 120 performing tilt adjustment of the tangential direction for the optical pickup 11. The tilt adjusting mechanism 120 has an actuator supporting part 130 supporting an actuator 110, and a tilt correcting part 140 performing tilt correction in which a tilt angle formed by a recording plane of an optical disk 5 and a lens plane of the optical pickup 111 is adjusted by rotating an actuator supporting part 130 around a straight line in the radial direction.
