PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve precise learning of reduction in air quantity due to deposits accumulated in the periphery of a throttle valve. SOLUTION: Each of deposit quantity levels is expressed with a deposit coefficient kdepo by dividing deposit quantity into the plurality of levels, and a first map allocating a data of target air quantity→target throttle opening transfer characteristics to compute target throttle opening from target air quantity and a second map allocating a data to compute the deposit coefficients kdepo in accordance with throttle opening and throttle passing air quantity are used for each of the deposit coefficient coefficients kdepo. Thereafter, the deposit coefficients kdepo are computed and learned by the second map in accordance with the throttle passing air quantity and the throttle opening detected when the throttle opening is in a normal state and the target throttle opening is computed by the first map in accordance with the learned deposit coefficients kdepo and the target air quantity.
