摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility having corresponding consistency of sentiment and a purpose of use which is needed as far as users act according to conventional use habit, while the amount of use of the water for disposing excrement is large and facility managers have long tried to diffuse the effective use of water, which is vital in terms of resource protection and economy, by redundant publication and installation of water-saving device. SOLUTION: A mechanism for conducting proportionate water discharge by detecting the volume of use of roll paper has been devised, in which current status (including the sentiment) of behavior of a user is clarified and attention is focused on correlation between a contributing factor of use and the amount (length) of use of the roll paper. A small amount of water is discharged when an operation knob 5 is operated and an electromagnetic water sprinkling valve 7 is opened. Further, when a feed-out button 3 is pressed and a needed amount of the roll paper is taken out, a length detecting roll 1 detects the latest amount of use to actuate an electromagnetic water discharging valve 6. Proper and minimum amount of water proportionate to the detected value, taking the age correlation into consideration, is expected to be discharged unintentionally using the mechanism of proportionate water discharge by the operation of the operation knob 5.
