摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a uniform yarn that is composed of nanofibers produced by a charge induction spinning method, has a high strength and no dispersion in thickness with excellent productivity and at a low cost. SOLUTION: A polymer solution obtained by dissolving a polymer substance in a solvent is made to flow out through a plurality of small holes 7 arranged in a spinning head 2, charged and drawn by electrostatic explosion to form a plurality of nanofibers 20. The formed nanofibers 20 are twisted by rotation and bundling while being sucked by a collection electrode 3 that has a potential difference to the charged nanofibers 20 and a through-hole at a shaft center part, and the twisted nanofibers 20 are collected through the through-hole of the collection electrode 3. When the maximum outer diameter of the collection electrode 3 is d and the distance between the spinning head 2 and the collection electrode 3 is L, the following formula is used: L/10≥d≥L/100, preferably, d=L/50-L/15.
