PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition high in adhesivity to substrate and excellent in transparency, light resistance and water resistance. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises (A) a (co)polymer comprising (containing) units each represented by formula (1) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each independently H or a substituent) and (B) a compound having in one molecule one or more (meth)acryloyl groups and an oxygen-containing heterocyclic structure.
