PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display member capable of observing a reflection image and a projection image and concealing back ground etc. on the opposite side of a half mirror as viewed from an observer. SOLUTION: The information display member is configured such that a transmission type screen 4 and a light-shielding layer 3 formed with a mixed pattern of light transmission parts 31 and light-shielding parts 32 are disposed on one side surface of the half mirror 2. Preferably, the information display member is configured such that the area proportion of the light-shielding part 32 in the light-shielding layer 3 falls into the range of 20 to 80%.
