PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a rise of an evaporator blowout temperature of a first evaporator caused by oil returning control in a refrigerating cycle device wherein the first evaporator and a second evaporator are connected in parallel and a solenoid valve for the second evaporator is not provided. SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle device wherein the first evaporator 15 and the second evaporator 28 are arranged in parallel and a second decompression means 32 is constituted by a thermostatic expansion valve is provided with an oil returning control means for performing intermittent control of a compressor 16 for a prescribed number of times when continuous operation time of the compressor 16 reaches the prescribed time. The oil returning control means uses a detection value by an evaporator temperature detection means 21 when the continuous operation time of the compressor 16 reaches the prescribed time as a first reference detection value, and as intermittent control of the compressor 16, stops operation of the compressor 16 when the detection value by the evaporator temperature detection means 21 is lower than the first reference detection value, and operates the compressor 16 when the detection value is higher than a second reference detection value.
