PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a first case and a second case constituting a portable apparatus by a predetermined certain order. SOLUTION: A hinge body 5 and a receiver case 3 are turnably connected to a transmitter case 2 between a first initial position and a first turning position and to the hinge body 5 between a second initial position and a second turning position, respectively. In the respective cases such as a case where the hinge body 5 is located at the first initial position and the receiver case is located at the second initial position, a case where the hinge body 5 is located at the initial position and the receiver case 3 is located at the second turning position, a case where the hinge body 5 is located at the first turning position and the receiver case 3 is located at the second turning position, and a case where the hinge body 5 is located at the first initial position and the receiver case is located at the second turning position, the value of turn prevention force acting between the transmitter case 2 and the hinge body 5 and the value of turn prevention force acting between the hinge body 5 and the receiver case 3 are each set at a predetermined value.
