PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing packaging apparatus capable of smoothly sucking granules swept out from the bottom face of the channel of an annular recessed channel. SOLUTION: The dispensing packaging apparatus has a dispensing part for dispensing the granules fed along the annular recessed channel on a rotary table toward the radial direction of the rotary table by a specified amount, and packages the granules dispensed by the dispensing part. In this dispensing packaging apparatus, a removing means for removing the granules remaining on the annular recessed channel where dispensing is finished in the radial direction of the rotary table is provided. An introducing path for introducing the granules removed by the removing means into a recovering path is formed. The side end of the annular recessed channel on the bottom face of the introducing path is formed at a position lower than the end in the radial direction on the bottom face of the channel of the annular recessed channel.
