PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a run-out at high precision in a fastening operation, and also to prevent double fastening operation. SOLUTION: A free wheel 6 is arranged on an attachment 5 driven by an impact wrench 30, two wires 7 are connected with the attachment, and the other ends of respective wires 7 are connected with a real section 8. When moving the free wheel 6, each wire 7 changes the amount of pulling-out thereof by following the movement, and an operation section 11 of a measuring device 10 received signals of the real section 8 detects coordinate data, based on lengths of two wires 7 with high precision. If a run-out exists, it can be precisely detected by comparing the data with a pre-memorized reference coordinate.
