PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing micro parts where a mold is simply produced by an ink jet process, and micro parts are easily manufactured by casting. SOLUTION: Regarding the method for manufacturing micro parts, while scanning a nozzle 24 jetting slurry 30 composed of fine ceramic particles 31, slurry 30 is jetted on a substrate 13, a particle layer 12a with a predetermined pattern is formed on the substrate 13, the particle layers with a predetermined part are successively laminated on the particle layer 12a, so as to produce a micromold 19, and microparts are cast by the micromold 19.
