<p>In order to cope with both high accuracy and fast computational speed, a radiation analyzer comprises: an information extracting section for extracting the material and thickness of a shield, and the distance between the shields, through which radiation passes by using a function that a CAD kernel has; an object radiation correlation database for, when the shield material, the shield thickness, the distance between the shields, and the energy spectrum of incident radiation upon the shield are specified, giving the energy spectrum of the transmitted radiation; and a radiation analysis section for searching the object radiation correlation database with the extracted shield material, shield thickness, and distance, and the energy spectrum of the incident radiation as search keys, sequentially performing computation taking the energy spectrum of radiation to be acquired as the energy spectrum of the incident radiation of the adjacent shield, and computing the energy spectrum of radiation which arrives at a radiation analysis point.</p> |
