A food waste carbonizing device is provided to effectively carbonize the food waste with the minimum consumption fuel by transferring the food waste with a mixing screw. A food waste carbonizing device comprise: an insulation layer(11) and a fire-retardant layer(12) formed in the inner surface of a main body(10); a carbonization guide path(20') dividing a internal space of the fire-retardant layer into a heating path(30) and a combustion chamber(40); an input hole formed in the heating path; a mixing screw mounted on the carbonization guide path; and a first burner, a second burner and an exhaust pipe(43) formed in the combustion chamber.
