<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing the elution of fluorine from a fluorine-containing steel slag. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for suppressing the elution of the fluorine from the fluorine-containing steel slag, a nonoxide-based calcium compound and a fly ash are mixed to a fluorine-containing crushed steel slag as a fluorine elution inhibitor so that a formula (1) and a formula (2) are satisfied, wherein, a mass of the nonoxide-based calcium compound/(a total mass of the nonoxide-based calcium compound and the fly ash)=5-95% (1), and (the total mass of the nonoxide-based calcium compound and the fly ash)/(a total mass of the nonoxide-based calcium compound, the fly ash and the steel slag)=10-50% (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
