<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay communication system, etc. excellent in expandability, flexibility, by which a terminal connected to a LAN shares and operates a resource with a necessary partner in necessary time. <P>SOLUTION: The relay communication system is provided with a relay server R communicable with a relay server R of other LAN via an external server S on a WAN. The relay server R stores account information about a terminal T in the LAN, relay group information 100 about a group of relay servers R, shared resource information 120 including the resource and an account of the terminal T which shares the resource.
