A COLORED PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, COLOR FILTER AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to ensure excellent heat resistance, to prevent the generation of residue on a substrate after development, and to reduce out gas causing after image. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises binder resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a coloring material and solvent. The binder resin is unsaturated group-containing resin obtained by copolymerizing (A1) a compound indicated as the chemical formula 1; (A2) a compound having a unsaturated bond copolymerizable with (A1) and (A3); (A3) a compound having at least one -OH and the unsaturated bond in a molecule; (A4) a unsaturated carboxylic acid; and (A5) a compound having the unsaturated bond and isocyanate radical in a molecule.
