A method and a system for notifying a vehicle alarm are provided to transmit alarm situation image information of a vehicle at a remote place to a mobile communication terminal of a driver, thereby enabling the driver to check a location of the driver anywhere. A vehicle alarm notification system comprises a vehicle(10), an alarm image service server(20) and a mobile communication terminal(30). When an alarm situation occurs, the vehicle transmits an alarm situation notification message. Cameras photograph an image at a time when the alarm situation occurs. The alarm image service server collects alarm situation image information from the cameras to service the information by a mobile communication type. The mobile communication terminal receives the alarm situation notification message to receive and display alarm situation image information according to a request of the driver.
