Method for the expansion of adult stem cells from blood, particularly but not only peripheral blood, comprising a first step of expansion of the stem cells of blood, immediately after they have been taken, by means of the in-vitro treatment with MCSF in a concentration comprised between 8-15 nM and a second step of purification of the expanded stem cells.
