LOW TEMPERATURE SINTERING NANO-GLASS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THE SAME

Low temperature sintering nano-glass powder and a method for producing thereof are provided to be used as a sintered compound in a process of manufacturing low temperature sintering ceramic components so as to improve inductance capacity and Q-factor of the low temperature sintering ceramic components. A method for producing low temperature sintering nano-glass powder comprises the following steps of: preparing starting materials of zinc, aluminium and bismuth and dissolving the starting materials in a 2-methoxyethanol solution; adding boron to the 2-methoxyethanol solution; adding silicon to the 2-methoxyethanol solution containing the boron to react each other for a predetermined time and adding ammonia solution therein; gelling the ammonia solution-containing solution by chemical reaction for a predetermined time; drying a gelled material; and heat-treating the dried material to produce nano-glass powder.
