A method of executing a service related process comprises providing a process workflow (116, 216, 316, 416) defining said service related process, said process workflow (116, 216, 316, 416) specifying execution of at least one executable component (113, 213, 313, 413). According to illustrative embodiments, the process workflow (116, 216, 316, 416) may be service agnostic, i.e. agnostic of the service to which the process workflow (116, 216, 316, 416) is related and/or may be protocol agnostic i.e. agnostic of a specific protocol used by the service to which the process workflow (116, 216, 316, 416) is related. According to other illustrative embodiments, the process workflow (116, 216, 316, 416) describes core processes of a service system. |
