A flip-flop circuit is provided to increase the operation speed of the semiconductor device by performing the flip-flop operation through the precharging operation of the power. A duty ratio correction circuit comprises the first inner clock generating unit(310) and the second internal clock generating unit(330). The first inner clock generating unit comprises the first duty ratio controlling element(312) and the first reset signal generator(314). The first duty ratio controlling element produces the positive internal clock signal(CLK_INN) of the duty ratio defined according to the activation edge of the positive reference clock signal(CLK) and the activation edge of the first reset signal(RST1). The first reset signal generator produces the first reset signal in response to the positive internal clock signal and the negative reference clock signal. The first reset signal generator comprises the first logical product gate(AND1).
