A wireless sensor network system for guaranteeing quality of service about sensed data, and a method for establishing a multi-path and selecting a transmission path are provided to generate a virtual grid when constructing a wireless sensor network, thereby preventing energy consumption due to flooding. A wireless sensor network system(10) comprises a reference node, a source node(11), a routing node(12) and a sink node(13). The reference node floods location information of the reference node and virtual grid information. And the reference node produces a virtual grid by using the virtual grid information and location information. The source node divides sensing data according to a QoS(Quality of Service) class. The source node sets up a multi-path. And the source node selects a transmission path according the QoS class in the set multi-path.
