A printed circuit board is provided to reduce a product cost without a separate connector by integrally forming a rigid substrate and a flexible optical distribution substrate. A printed circuit board comprises a first substrate part(10), a second substrate part(20), and a flexible optical distribution substrate(30). The first substrate part and the second substrate part are separated each other. One side of the flexible optical distribution substrate is laminated on the first substrate part. The other side of the flexible optical distribution substrate is laminated on the second substrate part. The flexible optical distribution substrate transmits an optical signal, and includes a core(32), a cladding(34), and a circuit pattern. The optical signal is moved on the core. The cladding surrounds the core. The circuit pattern is filled in the cladding. The flexible optical distribution substrate is laminated on an outer part of the first substrate part. A part of the circuit pattern is exposed on a surface of the cladding.
