A make-up sheet is provided, in which the graphical design function degradation of the make-up sheet does not occur even in case the transparent resin layer whitens in bending. A make-up sheet is constituted as follows. The make-up sheet has the pattern layer and transparency surface protection layer in order on the coloring equipment sheet including polyolefin resin. The transparent resin layer including the polyolefin resin is positioned in the rear side of the substrate sheet. The total thickness of the transparent resin layer and substrate sheet is 100 micrometers or greater. The thickness of the substrate sheet is 60 micrometers or greater. The thickness of the transparent resin layer is 40-80 micrometers. The substrate sheet is the polyethylene or the polypropylene layer. The transparent resin layer is the polyethylene or the polypropylene layer. The transparency surface protection layer is the ionizing radiation hardened resin layer.
