A rapidly soluble film preparation containing phenylephrine hydrochloride and method for producing the same are provided to separate resin film easily and select additive widely by equipping with a shielding layer between a resin film and drug content layer in case of having resin film. A rapidly soluble film preparation containing phenylephrine hydrochloride and method for producing the same consists of resin film(3) and one or more shielding layer(5), one or more drug content layer(7). The shielding is formed on resin film, contains erosive polymer and does not contain phenylephrine hydrochloride. The drug content layer is formed on the shielding layer and contains at least one selected from Hydroxypropyl Cellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. A rapidly soluble film preparation containing phenylephrine hydrochloride contains erosive polymer on the drug content layer according to intension.
