A filtering concentration apparatus is provided to extent change cycle of a filtration membrane and to prevent degradation of the amount of sludge. A filtering concentration apparatus includes a slurry tank, a filtration membrane(3a), and a pipe(15). The slurry tank sores the slurry. The filtration membrane filters the slurry. The pipe supplies air into a second side of the membrane to separate the concentrated slurry from the membrane. The pipe includes a hole(16) emitting gas into an area of inclination of an upper part of the membrane. A gap is formed between the holed and the membrane. A porous member(19) is installed between the pipe and the membrane.
