A prefabricated foundation reinforcement device of telecommunication pole is provided that the installation is possible regardless of the direction of force acting on the electric pole, construction is convenient and the quality can be secured. A prefabricated foundation reinforcement device(10) of telecommunication pole comprises two unit concrete blocks(10a,10b) in which a curved surface is formed to contact to the outer side surface of the electric pole, and a connecting member binding two unit concrete blocks around the electric pole(40) which is inserted to the center space of separated two unit concrete blocks.
