A filler of a cable is provided to prevent degradation of productivity by preventing interruption of an operation due to a tear of filler in manufacturing a cable. A filler of a cable comprises a film layer(600), a paper layer(610), an adhesive layer(620), and a plurality of reinforcing wires(630). The film layer is made of synthetic resin material. The paper layer is formed on one surface of the film layer. The adhesive layer is formed between the film layer and the paper layer, and couples the film layer with the paper layer. A plurality of reinforcing wires is made of flexible material, is mounted in the adhesive layer, and is arranged according to a longitudinal direction of the film layer and the paper layer. A coating layer(640) is formed on an outer surface of the paper layer by an extrusion. The other film layer(612) is adhered to an outer surface of the paper layer.
