The fire alarm (1) has a sensor (2) sensitive for objects in the environment of the fire alarm. The sensor is more sensitive on a height which is lower than the height at the same distance from the fire alarm. The sensor is sensitive above the depth angle of 20 degrees measured from the horizontal plane.
